Focus and Scope

ZALIL JOURNAL: A Scholarly Forum for Educational and Legal Studies is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Kantor Law Firm “TAUPIK HIDAYAT SYAM & PARTNERS”. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for the dissemination of original research, critical studies, and conceptual papers in the fields of education and law.

The journal focuses on issues related to educational sciences and legal studies, including but not limited to educational management, curriculum development and learning innovation, educational policy analysis, teacher professionalism, and educational leadership. In the field of law, the journal covers constitutional law, human rights, governance, public policy, legal reform, and law enforcement.

ZALIL JOURNAL aims to promote interdisciplinary perspectives that strengthen the relationship between education and law in addressing contemporary societal challenges.

The journal publishes original research articles, review articles, and conceptual papers focusing on education and law. All manuscripts submitted must comply with the journal’s scope, formatting guidelines, and ethical standards.

Each submission undergoes an initial editorial screening to evaluate relevance, originality, academic quality, and adherence to publication ethics. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected prior to the peer review process.

The editorial board reserves the right to make final decisions regarding manuscript acceptance, revision, or rejection based on reviewer recommendations and editorial considerations.

This journal uses the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to ensure the permanent preservation, long-term accessibility, and digital archiving of scholarly publications in the fields of education and law.

Articles

This section accepts original research articles in the fields of education and law. All submissions are open, indexed, and subject to a peer-review process.

Publication Ethics

Publication Frequency

ZALIL JOURNAL: A Scholarly Forum for Educational and Legal Studies is published four times a year, in January, Maret, Mei,Juli, September and November, providing a regular platform for the dissemination of scholarly research in the fields of education and law.

Archiving

ZALIL JOURNAL: Jurnal Pendidikan dan Hukum utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to ensure permanent preservation, long-term accessibility, and secure digital archiving of all published articles in the fields of education and law.

Online Submission

Authors are required to register and submit their manuscripts through the online submission system of ZALIL JOURNAL: A Scholarly Forum for Educational and Legal Studies. All submissions must comply with the journal’s guidelines and editorial policies.

Plagiarism

All submitted manuscripts to ZALIL JOURNAL: A Scholarly Forum for Educational and Legal Studies are screened for plagiarism using reliable plagiarism detection tools. The maximum allowable similarity index is 20%, excluding references, to ensure originality and academic integrity.

Article Submission Charge (ASCs)

ZALIL JOURNAL:A Scholarly Forum for Educational and Legal Studies This journal charges an article processing fee of IDR 100,000 for each accepted article. The fee is applied to support the editorial process and publication. All accepted articles are published with open access to ensure the wide dissemination of scholarly research in the fields of education and law.

Articles published in ZALIL JOURNAL: A Scholarly Forum for Educational and Legal Studies may be supported by funding from authors, academic institutions, or research grants.
