Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to ZALIL JOURNAL : Jurnal Pendidikan dan Hukum must follow the focus, scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must address scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope. All manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents.

All authors are encouraged to use plagiarism detection software to conduct similarity checks. Editors verify plagiarism detection using plagiarism checker software before the review process.

Research articles submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed by at least two (2) expert reviewers. The manuscripts undergo a Double-Blind Peer Review Process and are returned to authors for revision when necessary.

Reviewers provide scientifically valuable comments to improve the quality of manuscripts. Authors can expect a decision, or an explanation for any delay, within two months of submission.

If revisions are required, the corresponding author must submit the revised manuscript within two weeks. The final decision is made by the Editors based on reviewers’ recommendations.

As stated in the publication ethics, all reviewed manuscripts are treated confidentially prior to publication.

The final acceptance decision and publication sequence are determined by the Editor in Chief, considering acceptance dates, geographical distribution of authors, and thematic relevance.
